One of a dozen kids in his family, nine-year-old, Shedrack comes from Moshi, a town about an hour from Camp Joshua. Both his parents have been jobless for a while and their kids were not attending school. Recently, their home that they had all been living in was taken away and Shedrack and three of his siblings were brought to Camp Joshua. LOHADA’s goal is to rehabilitate and safely reunite children with their parents and family if possible but for now, these four will attend classes, have warm beds to sleep in and three meals a day as part of the LOHADA family.
