Ndugulile

Nduguile is an eight-year-old boy from Shinyanga, a rural village in northwestern Tanzania. He lives with his mother, who works as a farmer in a challenging agricultural environment. Their family has faced significant economic hardship, struggling to maintain a stable livelihood through farming. These difficult circumstances have directly impacted Nduguile’s opportunities, particularly in education. Due to the family’s financial constraints, Nduguile has been unable to attend school regularly. The economic challenges of subsistence farming have made it difficult for his mother to provide the necessary resources for his education so LOHADA has stepped in to provide for him.
