Elizabeth comes from Musoma, a small village on the shores of Lake Victoria. With four brothers and one sister, her family struggled to keep up and twelve-year-old Elizabeth came to LOHADA to get a better education. Luckily, Elizabeth’s love of reading will serve her well and one day she can be a teacher or doctor and go back to serve her community. 

LOHADA accepts children from all across Tanzania. Our goal is to take in the neediest of children and provide them with the tools they need to succeed so that one day, they can help others.
