Little four-year-old Fatuma has a similar story to a lot of the children who come to LOHADA. Her parents separated when she was a baby, leaving her mother to raise Fatuma as well as her two brothers on her own. Unfortunately, her mother currently doesn’t have a job and the unemployment rate in Arusha is high. Hopefully, with Fatuma living at Camp Joshua, her mother will have the time to get back on her feet but for now, Fatuma enjoys living with many other children and loves when they have movie nights and get to drink juice and eat popcorn.
